The Challenge

What We Built
We delivered a PaaS platform with lightweight edge agents on each machine feeding a cloud-side anomaly detection service. The system learns normal operating envelopes per machine type and flags degradation signals 2–3 weeks before failure — without requiring sensor retrofits.
