The Challenge

What We Built
We built an AI-augmented simulation layer on top of their existing CAD stack. A surrogate model trained on historical simulation runs predicts outcomes within minutes, flagging only edge cases for full simulation. No migration, no rip-and-replace.
The Result
Iteration time dropped from 6 weeks to 3 days. Engineers now run 10× more design variants per quarter, catching failure modes earlier in the cycle and reducing late-stage rework costs.
